Printing development

A chemigram and lumen printing masterclass at Metal, Peterborough with artist, Melanie King

A day of exciting process but 2 weeks have passed and I haven’t bought materials or considered where this might fit with my practice. A lack of time or a slight concern about the chemicals? Are there alternatives I could use?

The appeal is the direct record of an object, texture, shape or surface. I’m interested in ways of printing origami and other geometric structures, something I’ve already attempted in collagraph.

I’m putting it here as a thought to hold onto.
